After negotiation with the customer, we are ready to start a new project
The customer has specific product requirements. We will recommend suitable products according to the customer's requirements and provide differentiated services such as product color, size, and packaging method according to the customer's brand culture.
If the customer needs in-depth customization services, samples need to be provided or professional product drawings need to be provided. We will conduct product evaluation according to the materials provided by the customer and provide corresponding product quotations. After approval, we will use 3D printing to make early samples to control costs. After the samples are approved, we will open molds to make pre-production samples and then carry out mass production.
The production process is as follows:
Pre-production sample confirmation → sealing sample → material procurement → incoming inspection → production, assembly → production line inspection → completion inspection → packaging and warehousing → finished product shipment inspection.
Then we will ship the goods. For small quantities, it is usually transported by express delivery such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS or by air. If the quantity is large, it is usually transported by shipping or land transportation.
